What Quip Rescue does and does not promise

Quip Rescue processes sensitive Quip data on the server to build your archive.

Your Quip token is encrypted while the export is active and deleted after success, cancellation, or final failure.

The hosted archive is private to your signed-in Google account and is served through authenticated Quip Rescue pages.

You can delete the hosted archive and zip from Quip Rescue.

Hosted storage is experimental and is not promised as permanent.

Quip Rescue does not yet promise zero-knowledge encryption or that the operator technically cannot access stored archives.
